TES have recently delivered their first project for Fiji, based in the South Pacific and famed for it’s palm-lined beaches and coral reefs with clear lagoons. The project has saw TES design and manufacture two MCC Switchboards for a shipping project based on the Fiji Islands.
Fiji becomes the latest new export market for TES as it aims to become the world’s largest water and power solutions provider, following completion of projects in global regions including mainland Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and America. In recent years Fiji has put in place a strategic development plan with a major focus on infrastructure development, resulting in a rapidly expanding economy and reducing unemployment.
TES design, manufacture, install, test and commission a wide range of power, control and automation equipment for industries including water, data centre, energy and mining. Products, custom designed to suit project requirements, include MCC’s, Switchgear, PDU’s, ATS’s and Distribution Boards.
Commenting on this latest project TES Power Operations Director, Martin Brannigan, said “despite having delivered projects throughout the world over the last 20 years this is the first project we have completed in Fiji. We were delighted to be awarded the project and to have the opportunity of supplying TES products into a new country for the first time.”
