How do I apply for a current vacancy?

When you find a role that you would like to apply for, simply follow the instructions provided within the ‘Apply Now’ section of the job description. We have provided multiple options for applying, including submitting your current, up-to-date CV along with Cover Letter electronically, or by post. All available methods of application for an available role will clearly be detailed for each role. For current roles, please visit the Current Opportunities section on our website.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes, check our career opportunities page and submit your CV and cover letter for any positions that suit your skills.

Can I apply for the position if the closing date has passed?

Sorry but no. Please only apply for current positions whereby the close date has not yet expired.

Can I apply for a position in the UK if I need a work permit?

Everyone is asked for evidence of their right to live and work in the UK, by providing either a UK/EU passport or a work permit. We are not able to offer support in obtaining work permits except in very rare cases of critical skills shortages.

If I’m not successful this time, can I apply again?

Yes everyone is encouraged to apply again if and when a suitable role arises. Please check our website and social media channels regularly for new opportunities.

Do you have an equal opportunities policy?

Yes. Anyone applying to work with us will be treated equally in line with our equal opportunities policy. We recruit from the widest and most diverse talent pool available.

How does the interview process work?

Our interview process is based on the requirements of the role. Generally we invite potential candidates to our HQ for a short sit-down interview to review previous experience, qualifications and career potential. You will be given details of the format when invited for interview.

Are travelling expenses for interviews / job meetings covered?

Sorry no. We do not offer any reimbursement for expenses incurred in attending an interview.

How long does the selection process take?

There is no fixed time-frame for the selection process. For more senior or in-depth roles, you might meet us on several occasions before we reach a decision. But we do understand the pressures of looking for work and try to make the process as quick as possible for you.

Do you offer work experience and / or internships?

Yes. There are opportunities for work experience, internships and work placements. All placements, work experience and internships are subject to demand. Please post or email (to [email protected]) a copy of your CV with a cover letter detailing the type of work/internship experience you are interested in. You will only be contacted if there is a placement opportunity available and you have been shortlisted for an interview.

What is the induction process like?

Typically, as a new start you will be taken through an induction session with a member of HR. Our induction will help you get to know our company as a whole, as well as the different departments and building/area you work in. You will also be familiarised with key members of staff and be taken through an important health and safety journey to ensure your safety, health and well-being with TES. You may also be asked to watch informational videos and read through important information beneficial to your role.

What if I can’t find a vacancy that suits my skills?
