Salary: Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience

The Impact You’ll Have:

  • Managing an M&E maintenance contract servicing a major water utilities company
  • Act as site liaison for contracts undertaken whilst being responsible for the works and maintenance of all site assets and the provision of a safe working environment
  • Build and maintain effective relations with key clients/stakeholders
  • Provide direction and support to the site teams, managing and facilitating staff performance and development
  • Induct, manage, coach and develop staff to ensure appropriate numbers and skills are available to deliver agreed site performance
  • Supervise and prioritise work requirements
  • Liaise with external contractors, wholesalers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all requirements relating to product and service quality
  • Take responsibility for all planned preventative and reactive maintenance duties
  • Ensure compliance will all legislative requirements relating to health and safety
  • Manage budget and expenditure
  • Contribute fully to continuous improvement and business performance
  • Provide regular succinct and accurate reports on works and KPIs

 What we’re looking for


  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing teams of skilled workers in reactive maintenance setting
  • Skilled in MS Word and a work management system
