Contract Summary:
No.1 Spinningfields is located just of Quay Street and Byrom Street in the Spinningfields district of Manchester. Being built by BAM Construction for client Allied London, the 24-storey building will be the highest specified building in Manchester with over 260,000 sq ft of space and floor plates of up to 25,000 sq ft. The Grade A office accommodation includes ground floor and mezzanine reception areas, with space for restaurants, cafés and a business lounge. The rooftop restaurant will open onto a garden terrace and two basement levels will provide parking.

TES were awarded the contract for the new LV distribution for the building. The Contract Works included:
