TES have recently been awarded a new, second phase of a major data center campus development project in Madrid, Spain. As part of the project TES will design and manufacture the data center’s LV power distribution equipment, which will be housed in off-site manufactured Switch Rooms. TES’s experience and ability to supply an off-site manufactured solution in order to meet project timelines and to minimise the amount of time required on site were critical to being awarded the contract.
As part of the project TES will provide the following;
- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main LV UPS input / output Switchboards for critical services;
- Form 4B Type 6 construction;
- Full electrical & mechanical container fit out including cable containment, power / lighting, fire alarm, sprinkler system & installation of free issued equipment;
- PLC Hardware;
- Software design, development, testing and commissioning.
TES has its own in-house team consisting of designers, project managers, engineers, fabricators and electricians and have purpose-built manufacturing and testing facilities, making TES an ideal choice for clients looking to develop or refurbish data centers. TES off-site manufactured projects have been delivered successfully globally in areas including Europe, North & South America, Africa, Middle East and Australia.
TES provide a wide range of products and services for Data Centers including LV Switchgear, PDU, ATS’s, and Distribution Boards. In addition TES design, develop and deliver PLC control systems with professionally designed graphical displays and control systems, tailored to the end user requirements; providing site wide monitoring and control to optimise the efficiency of the project.
Martin Brannigan, TES Operations Director said “we’re delighted to have been awarded the second phase of this project, providing us with the opportunity to continue to work with our client and delivery partners. This will be a world class data center campus and we’re happy to be able to contribute to it’s successful completion. These projects are a perfect fit for TES, we can utilise our purpose-built manufacturing facilities to streamline the whole construction process for our clients, speeding up the project delivery, improving safety and reducing carbon footprint.”
