As part of our continued drive towards achieving carbon neutrality, TES continues to source 100% of the energy we consume from a Green Energy Supplier.
TES, an ISO 14001 accredited organisation has in place a wide range of environmental targets including those specifically aimed at reducing and offsetting carbon emissions generated as part of daily operations. By using renewable energy, generated by wind turbines, TES are achieving a substantial CO2 reduction in HQ operations.
TES hope to lead by example in building a better and healthier future by implementing a range of socially, environmentally, and ethically focused policies, procedures, and targets throughout all areas of the company. This has seen TES continue to focus on new innovations, technologies, and working practices in order to drive continued improvement, with the switch to 100% green energy the latest introduction in the effort to achieve carbon footprint targets set by the company.
TES Managing Director Noel McCracken said “as a company rooted in Mission Critical and Water/Wastewater industry projects, we have always aimed to ensure that TES has as positive an impact as possible on our environment and surrounding community. A key focus of ours over the last number of years has been to reduce the carbon footprint of our operations, this switch to 100% green energy over the last number of years has kept us on track to continuously achieving our goals, whilst also supporting green energy innovations in the surrounding area.”
