TES have recently been awarded a new project to supply the LV power distribution equipment for a new data centre in mainland Europe. The project will utilise TES’s vast experience in off-site manufacturing in order to meet tight project timescales and minimise the amount of time required on site to install the equipment. TES has its own in-house team consisting of designers, project managers, engineers, fabricators and electricians and have purpose-built manufacturing and testing facilities, making TES an ideal choice for clients looking to develop or refurbish data centres.
As part of the project TES will provide the following;
- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main LV UPS input / output Switchboards for critical services;
- Form 4B Type 6 construction;
- Full electrical & mechanical container fit out including cable containment, power / lighting, fire alarm, sprinkler system & installation of free issued equipment;
- PLC Hardware;
- Software design, development, testing and commissioning.
TES have an excellent track record of success in off-site manufacture, making use of our in-house resources and capacity within our manufacturing facility to deliver real tangible benefits to our clients and providing a flexible approach not possible through traditional delivery techniques. TES off-site manufactured projects have been delivered successfully globally in areas including Europe, North & South America, Africa, Middle East and Australia.
TES provide a wide range of products and services for Data Centres including LV Switchgear, PDU, ATS’s, and Distribution Boards. In addition TES design, develop and deliver PLC control systems with professionally designed graphical displays and control systems, tailored to the end user requirements; providing site wide monitoring and control to optimise the efficiency of the project.
Martin Brannigan, TES Operations Director commented “our recent investment in new manufacturing facilities has meant that TES have capacity at a time when the market is struggling to meet demand. Our off-site manufacturing capabilities and available capacity has ensured that we can streamline the whole construction process for our clients, speeding up project delivery, improving safety and reducing carbon footprint.”
